Complaint Handling Process

Acknowledgment: All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt.
Review: Your complaint will be reviewed by our Customer Relations team.
Resolution Timeframe: Most issues are resolved within 3–5 business days, but complex cases may take up to 10 working days.
Final Response: You will receive a written reply via email or SMS detailing the resolution or next steps.
