Complaint Handling Process
                                            Acknowledgment: All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours of
                                            receipt.
                                            
 Review:
                                            Your complaint will be reviewed by our Customer Relations team.
                                            
 Resolution
                                            Timeframe: Most issues are resolved within 3–5 business days,
                                            but complex cases may take up to 10 working days.
                                            
 Final
                                            Response: You will receive a written reply via email or SMS
                                            detailing the resolution or next steps.

Tap4Tour will
                                            never ask for your OTP, CVV, card number, UPI PIN, or any
                                            sensitive banking information.
                                            
 Tap4Tour
                                            does not accept payments via individual UPI IDs or personal bank
                                            accounts. 
                                            All payments must be made in the name of:
                                            Enbit Biztech Private Limited, our official payment
                                                recipient.
                                            
 Tap4Tour
                                            is not liable for any loss, damage, or fraud resulting from
                                            payments made outside our verified payment channels.
                                            
 Misuse of
                                            the Tap4Tour name or impersonation by third parties is a
                                            criminal offense and should be reported immediately.
                                        
Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delhi, India.
